Liang, Tianran is currently a graduate student in Department of Applied
Science in University of California at Davis. He got his B.S. degree from
Department of Engineering Physics in Tsinghua University in 2006. Now he is
pursuing his PhD degree in Millimeter wave and microwave group, under the
direction of Professor Neville C. Luhmann Jr. Page on DMRC
